| Spanish Speaking Reservations Agent Manchester City Centre £12.5k + OTE
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join this established and expanding service company as a reservations agent.
On a full time basis they will pay a basic of £12.5k with on target earnings including comm. of around £25k + benefits.
Reservations agent duties
-Working in a call centre booking reservations into your allocated market ie Spain
-Answering calls, providing information and closing the sale!
-Looking after your own administration
-Sourcing products for various markets
-Taking credit card payments
-Building Strong supplier relationships
Skills required
-Travel industry experience either as a retail travel agent or call centre agent
-Target driven
-Clear telephone manner
-Team player
