Are you looking for an exciting challenge? Are you ready to support advanced practice students and their facilitators in the practice setting? Are you able to take responsibility for assuring and enhancing the quality of the learning environment across a range of settings? Have you got the experience to provide advice to support the process and outcome of the assessment of competence in practice? Would you look forward to working in a new university, within a School that has a long history of enabling advanced practice education? If so, we’d like to talk with you.
Our client is seeking a Registered Nurse who has developed professionally to meet the standards advocated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council in respect of advanced practice. In addition to being able to use their advanced practice knowledge and skill base to support advanced practice students as they progress through their studies, the individual we are looking for needs to have excellent communication skills, a demonstrable track history of supporting role change in practice and the ability to work within systems designed to facilitate both academic and professional development. If you are a paramedic, or a registered health care professional who has undertaken a programme of study commensurate with the standards sought by the Nursing and Midwifery Council in respect of advanced practice, then we would be interested in hearing from you.
