| This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of a company who are operating as an employment agency. Providing first point of contact for customers dealing with all inbound customer queries. Taking customer details and inputting onto computer systems. Previous experience in a customer service role is essential, together with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working as part of a new team within an established call centre. Applicants should be flexible to work 37.5 hours per week on a rota between the centre's opening hours: Monday to Sunday 8am-9pm. Overtime is also available for key events. |
