Bilingual Customer Sales Advisor Manchester £12,500 + OTE £35,000 Realistic Earnings!!!
Responsibilities
: a) Answering a wide variety of customer enquiries, including questions about our products & services, account management and billing, renewals and cancellations, etc
b) Query diagnosis and resolution across all aspects of the customer experience.
c) Liaison with relevant departments to answer customer queries, resolve issues & provide feedback to help improve products and services.
Essential Skills/Experience:
a) Minimum 6 - 12 months experience in a similar role.
b) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
c) Good IT skills - the role involves using a variety of software applications, from industry-standard email packages
d) Ability to rapidly diagnose customer problems.
e) Internet and computer know-how
Desirable Skills/Experience:
a) Experience of working within the Customer Service, Travel & Leisure, Travel & Tourism, Sales
b) Uncompromising honesty & a good sense of humour.
